Chef Benjamin Lalhmangaiha
A dynamic Epicurean with a flair for designing and implementing innovative food techniques for culinary excellence. His forte lies in crafting innovative creations and infusing unique flavors in his dishes. From a very young age, one of Benjamin's favorite pastime was to shadow his mother in the kitchen watching her cook and soon it developed in to his passion. Benjamin went through his teenage years in Kolkata and it was no surprise when he enrolled himself for a three years bachelor's degree from the renowned International Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata in 2004. During the Industrial Exposure Training, Benjamin was drawn to South East Asian cuisines in particular.
