He specializes in creating fun and interesting twists on the classic cocktail. He’s extraordinarily detail-oriented and brings his own personal style to his drinks menu. Pradipta creates original, cult-following cocktails that you won't soon forget.

A dynamic Epicurean with a flair for designing and implementing innovative food techniques for culinary excellence. His forte lies in crafting innovative creations and infusing unique flavors in his dishes. From a very young age, one of Benjamin's favorite pastimes was shadowing his mother in the kitchen, watching her cook. Over time, cooking developed into his passion. Benjamin went through his teenage years in Kolkata. It was no surprise when he enrolled himself for a three year bachelor's degree from the renowned International Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata in 2004. During the Industrial Exposure Training, Benjamin was drawn to South East Asian cuisines in particular.
